  • A signed rental agreement

  • Proof of minimum insurance coverage

Your reservation isn’t finalized until these items are received.

3. Jewelry Arrival & Wedding-Day Storage

Each rental includes:

  • Priority overnight shipping to your confirmed address

  • A compact wedding-day safe for secure storage

  • A discreet tracking device for safe transport between venues

  • A glove kit & microfiber cloth for handling

All pieces arrive polished, inspected, and ready to wear.

4. Your Ceremony Window

We offer flexible reservation options for:

  • Local ceremonies

  • Destination weddings

All rentals include up to 72 hours of hold time before andd after your wedding ceremony, allowing for photos, receptions, and next-day events.

5. Easy Return Shipping

When your celebration is complete:

  • Place all items back in the protective case

  • Attach the prepaid return label

  • Drop the package at any approved carrier location

Deposit, iNSURANCE, Contract

Refundable Security Deposit

Each tier has a fixed deposit amount based on the total insured value of the jewelry.

Loss or Theft

If any item is lost or stolen, the renter agrees to pay.

  • Rental insurance is mandatory and will be provided with rental.

  • Full replacement value of the piece(s) as listed in the rental contract, paid through your insurance provider

Because we use lab-grown diamonds, replacement value remains dramatically more accessible than natural diamonds of equal size and quality.

Damage (Limited Liability)

Minor wear, micro-scratches, and cleaning issues are fully covered.

The renter is only liable for:

  • Cracked stones

  • Missing stones

  • Bent or broken setting components

  • Water or chemical damage

  • Any structural damage requiring replacement
